Unsafe Seatbelts Attorney Orlando

As incredible as it may seem, the very same type of seat belt that has been found responsible for many deaths; is still in more than 14-million DaimlerChrysler SUV's, trucks and minivans.

Chrysler began using the Gen 3 seat belts, short for Generation 3, over 10 years ago. As you can see in the middle photo above, the Gen 3 release button is raised above the cover, and that is the problem.

During a wreck, a hand can come down and hit the button, a bottle of water can hit the button, an elbow can hit the button. Anything can hit the button and release it during a wreck.

The Law firm of Overchuck, Byron, Overchuck, P.A. currently is representing clients in an action against the manufacturer of Gen 3 Seatbelts. Please fill out this online form to see if you qualify to be part of this lawsuit.
